He was born in Karabük in 1980. Graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Marmara University, in 2002. He began his professional career in 2002 and joined Alsim Alarko in 2005. Since then, he has worked on various projects within Alsim Alarko. Since 2025, Ertuğrul Irmak has been acting as Deputy General Manager, Finance at Alsim Alarko. Ertuğrul Irmak is fluent in English.
