He was born in Samsun in 1974. Graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, in 1996. He began his professional career in 1997 and joined Alsim Alarko in 2008. Since then, he has worked on various projects within Alsim Alarko. Since 2025, Ertuğrul Aydın has been acting as Deputy General Manager, Project at Alsim Alarko. Ertuğrul Aydın is fluent in English.
