He was born in Sivas in 1973. Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Cumhuriyet University, in 1994. He began his professional career in 1994 and joined Alsim Alarko in 2008. Since then, he has worked on various projects within Alsim Alarko. Since 2023, İsmail Eroğlu has been acting as Project Director at Alsim Alarko. İsmail Eroğlu is fluent in English.
