She was born in Istanbul in 1981. Graduated from the Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Istanbul University, in 2003. In 2005, she obtained a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Birmingham (UK). In 2024, she completed the MBA programme at the Faculty of Business Administration, Bahçeşehir University. She began her professional career in 2005 and continued it by joining Alsim Alarko in 2013. Since then, she has worked on various projects within Alsim Alarko. Since 2025, İrem Bilgili Mendi has been acting as Supply Chain Director at Alsim Alarko. İrem Bilgili Mendi is fluent in English.
