He was born in Kayseri in 1981. Graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, in 2004. He began his professional career in 2005, joining Alsim Alarko. Since then, he has worked on various projects within Alsim Alarko. Since 2025, Günay Gökalp has been acting as Project Manager at Alsim Alarko. Günay Gökalp is fluent in English and Russian.
